BAL named alongside Forward Thinking Designs (USA) and JP ShowSystems (UK) as founding members of Smart Monkeys’ new certification program.

Blue Alchemy Labs (BAL) has been named an ISAAC Expert by Smart Monkeys, Inc., the company behind the ISAAC platform used across themed entertainment, museum, and live event AV systems worldwide. BAL joins US-based Forward Thinking Designs and UK-based JP ShowSystems as the first three partners in the newly launched program, and is currently the only Expert based in the Asia-Pacific region.

ISAAC Experts are independently certified consultants, designers, and integrators authorised to deliver ISAAC consultation, system design, commissioning, and official training within the markets where they operate. For BAL’s clients across Australia and the broader region, that means direct access to certified ISAAC support without routing requests through Smart Monkeys’ Miami base.

The certification adds to BAL’s existing creative-technical alignment work, giving clients running ISAAC-based systems on attraction, exhibition, and entertainment builds a single point of contact for both strategic advisory and hands-on platform expertise.
